How an educational travel brand became a living manifesto about the power of learning with your body, mind, and heart.

In a world ruled by screens, hyperconnectivity, and overprotection, how do we teach children to face the unknown? How do we give them the confidence to handle whatever life throws at them—even when we’re no longer by their side?
That was the starting point for Zambo. A leading educational travel company in Colombia, founded on the belief that the most powerful classroom is the real world. But while their proposal was transformative, their brand wasn’t telling the story. It felt generic, uninspiring, and disconnected from the deep impact it had on every child—and every family.

The cultural context we stepped into

Today’s parents are more involved than ever in their children’s education—but also more exhausted and alone. They want their kids to grow with real tools to face uncertainty, yet education continues to focus on the predictable and academic. Children, overexposed to technology and comfort, are losing touch with reality—with frustration, discovery, movement. That’s where Zambo steps in as an act of brave love: taking kids out of their comfort zones, into the countryside, the river, the cold, the trial, the fatigue… and showing them they’re stronger than they think.

A grounded, human, and bold solution

We redefined Zambo’s brand strategy and visual identity to finally reflect what it truly is: a brand that inspires children to go beyond the familiar, and supports parents in raising kids who are ready for anything.
The new visual language is born from the land itself: textures of bark, colors of mud and jungle, illustrations that evoke maps, trails, and communities. Every shape is inspired by the marks left by real learning. The photography brings back the analog, the sensory, the imperfect. And the entire visual system is designed to celebrate each step as a small but meaningful victory. Because at Zambo, the real destination is growth.
The result is a brand that is brave, caring, and inspiring—just like the kids it helps shape. A brand that makes it clear: teaching isn’t about repeating, but about preparing for the unexpected. Growth doesn’t mean rushing forward, but walking with more questions than answers. And the best lessons are the ones we live, feel, and remember forever.
